Of Food and Architecture - The Hidden Corners of Charminar

About the walk

This event is ticketed.

Charminar, a definitive cultural icon of Hyderabad, mesmerises the old and the young, the local and the guest alike, in distinct ways—with its’ stories, sounds, smells and tastes that reminds us of a bygone era. In some quiet corners, we find the bits and pieces that reflect the picture of the past, a symbol of artistic splendour, cultural harmony and traditional rooted living.

Join us in this walk as we explore the nooks and crannies of the Charminar area in an attempt to grasp the evolution of a space that fosters multilingualism, diverse people, the hustle and bustle of trade, religious sites, tempting food and stories that have been  passed down generations.
